Our products undergo curing at lower temperatures, reminiscent of traditional methods

Following a luxurious soak in a meticulously curated blend of spices, the beef pieces will then be hung for curing in a controlled environment for 8-10 days.

At this time, we will slice the tender pieces of cured Biltong and package them fresh, sending them your way. Typically shipped the same day or the next day early from the time of ordering.
