In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is available Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM – 2 PM. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping

We ship anywhere within the USA. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery within the USA usually takes 2-7 days from our facility on the West Coast.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued as money back, or you may request a replacement of the same product or a different product of equal value. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, please fill out the form below with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
