Shipping and Return Policy
In-Store Pick Up
In-store pickup is available Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 5 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM – 2 PM. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping
We ship anywhere within the USA. Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery within the USA usually takes 2-7 days from our facility on the West Coast.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued as money back, or you may request a replacement of the same product or a different product of equal value. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If your order arrives damaged, please fill out the form below with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
