At Yebo Craft Beef Snacks, we take pride in delivering high-quality, artisan, air-dried beef products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and returns policy differs from standard retail policies.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Perishable Goods Policy (Important)

All of our products are perishable food items.

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any food products once they have been shipped.

We cannot resell returned food items, and therefore all sales are considered final, except in the cases outlined below.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your product was significantly compromised during transit

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • You must provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue (product and packaging)


Storage & Product Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage and handling.

  • Biltong is best stored in a cool, dry environment with airflow

  • Improper storage (heat, sealed containers, humidity) may affect quality

We are not liable for:

  • Spoilage due to improper storage

  • Changes in texture due to environmental conditions

  • Product consumed after extended delays


Allergy Disclaimer

Please review all ingredients carefully before consuming our products.

While we clearly list ingredients, our products may be processed in environments that handle common allergens.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.


Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Or a replacement product will be shipped

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

We offer free standard shipping on online orders of $99 or more (before taxes and after discounts, where applicable).

This promotion:

  • Applies to standard shipping only (expedited shipping options are excluded)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.


Subscription Orders & Shipping Terms

Subscription Billing & Fulfillment

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges and automatic fulfillment based on the selected delivery frequency.

Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically unless canceled or modified prior to the renewal date.


Free Shipping on Subscriptions

Free shipping for subscription orders is based on our current promotional thresholds at the time of each renewal, not the original subscription order.

  • If your subscription order meets the current free shipping threshold at the time of renewal, free shipping will apply

  • If your subscription order does not meet the threshold, applicable shipping charges will be added to your order


Changes to Shipping Promotions

We reserve the right to modify shipping thresholds, fees, and promotions at any time.

If free shipping eligibility requirements change:

  • Existing subscriptions will be evaluated against the updated threshold

  • Orders that no longer qualify may incur shipping charges at the time of renewal


Customer Notifications & Management

Customers are responsible for reviewing their subscription details prior to renewal.

You may:

  • Update your subscription products or quantities

  • Skip or cancel upcoming deliveries

Changes must be made before the renewal date to take effect.


Failed Payments & Order Adjustments

If payment fails or order conditions change (including shipping eligibility), we reserve the right to:

Additional Shipping Terms

  • Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order subtotal

  • Packages left outside after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
