At Yebo Craft Beef Snacks, we take pride in delivering high-quality, artisan, air-dried beef products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our refund and returns policy differs from standard retail policies.

Perishable Goods Policy (Important)
All of our products are perishable food items.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any food products once they have been shipped.
We cannot resell returned food items, and therefore all sales are considered final, except in the cases outlined below.

Once your order has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage and handling.

Improper storage (heat, sealed containers, humidity) may affect quality

Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically unless canceled or modified prior to the renewal date.
Free Shipping on Subscriptions
Free shipping for subscription orders is based on our current promotional thresholds at the time of each renewal, not the original subscription order.
